b). Diploma Programmes (Courses):
Rs. 8,000/-, for the entire programme, payable in TWO installments i.e. both installments of Rs. 4000/- each. The fee for the Industrial Security course is Rs. 4600/- including registration Fees and the entire fee should be remitted in One Installment with the application.
However, Defence/ Para Military services officers are allowed to complete the course in 6 months

Registration Fees:
A Registration Fee of Rs. 600/- is to be remitted with the First Installment for all the courses.

Note: The study material will be provided by the Institute & fee charged is inclusive of study material.

c). Diploma in Industrial Security Programmes (Courses):

(1) A total fee of Rs. 4600/- including registration fees is to be remitted in One Installment along with the application.

(2) The Programme will be completed within Six Months, in case of officers, and One Year in other cases.

(3) The programme is open to personnel from the Armed Forces, Para Military Forces and Police Department of the rank of Inspectors, and to those already employed in security department of enterprises.

d) Additional Specialization Subject (IN CASE OF PGDBA ONLY)

Students may ask for Additional Specialisation subjects apart from the routine ones (i.e. Dual specialization) subject to the following conditions:

1. An additional fee of Rs.3000/- will be charged for the additional specialization.
2. Course duration will be extended by six months per additional subject.
3. Students should note that once the specialization is given, no change would be entertained under normal circumstances, after First Semester.

Note: -

1. A Student can specialise in any One Discipline during two years programmes (Courses).
2. Students from industry can specialize in two specialisations within two years or specialise in one specialisation and get their PGDM.

The above fee structure is applicable in case of only those in India. All NRI/Foreign students (students from abroad) have a different fee structure, which is as under:

Post Graduate Diploma Programmes(PGDM):

Total Course fee - US $700/-.

1. First Installment of Us $450/-including cost of prospectus and Registration Fees of $50/- to be remitted along with application form.

2. Second Installment of US $300/-to be remitted after 6 months.

Diploma Programmes:
Total Course Fees US $250/-

1. 1st Installment of US $200/- including $50/- as cost of prospectus and registration Fees to be remitted along with application form.

2. 2nd Installment of $150/- to be remitted after 6 months.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR STUDENTS FROM ABROAD

Students from abroad can obtain our prospectus by remitting US $ 50 or they can either copy or download the application from this WEB SITE & submit the application. The fees for the PGDM course will be US $ 600. The fees can be paid in Two installments - the first installment to be paid along with the application form is US $ 350/-. These students from abroad will not be required to come to India either to attend contact programme or to appear in the term end examinations. The term-end examination in their case will be held either online or in their country. On successful completion of the course the Post Graduate or Diploma Certificate will be sent by Post/ Courier to the students.

REFUND OF FEES

1) Once a student has been registered with the Institute, and the Registration Number is allotted, there will be No Refund of Rs. 600/- paid as Registration Fee.

2) Only 75% of the Total Course Fee would be refunded to the student while withdrawing /cancellation from course within a period of maximum 30 days, from the date of admission. There will be No Refund of course fee after 30 Days.

Note: Payment by cheque. Only the armed forces officers serving in remote areas where banking facilities are not available may pay the course fee by cheque, in which case they should write the complete postal address of the bankers on the reverse side of the cheque. They are also requested to add bank commission @ 3% of the amount up to Rs.5000/-.
